Wat Phra Si Ratana Mahatat

This large temple is directly across from the train station in Lopburi. The temple dates from the era of the Khmer empire. At its center is a 12th century prang (tower) with finely detailed stucco decorations. King Narai expanded the temple in the 17th century to add Siamese styled chedis and even some chapels with European details.

Admission Fees

The temple is open every day. Admission is 30 Baht.
