Mae Hong Son does not have a huge selection of hotels. In fact, the ones listed below are pretty much it. - The Imperial is likely the best place in the area, although it's a very long way from town.
- Mae Hong Son Mountain Inn & Resort
- A nice small hotel in a rustic style, with rooms arranged around a courtyard.
